No. You can book directly with Every Step Therapy without a referral.

At this time, counselling sessions with Every Step Therapy are not eligible for a Medicare rebate. If you have private health insurance, you may wish to check with your insurer to see whether your policy includes cover for counselling services.

Yes. Every Step Therapy provides counselling for eligible NDIS participants who have funding available for counselling or therapeutic supports within their plan

Standard counselling sessions are approximately 50 minutes.

Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what has brought you to counselling, your goals, and how we can work together in a way that feels comfortable for you.

Yes. Your privacy is important. Everything discussed during counselling is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there are serious concerns about your safety or the safety of someone else. These limits will be explained during your first appointment.
